She-Ra

I think I'm going to pay for today's exercise tomorrow:

3o minutes on the elliptical trainer
30 minutes weight training for lower body
60 minutes of Trim 'n Tone aerobics class
Day 2 of hundredpushups.com program

Day 2
rest 90 seconds between each level (longer if required)
level 1 4 9 12
level 2 3 8 12
level 3 2 6 10
level 4 2 5 10
level 5 max (at least 4) max (at least 7) max (at least 10)

The middle column displays the number of pushups I had to do according to my program.

I started the program a couple of days ago and holy heck I am sore in the strangest places. I have been doing push-ups wrong this whole time. Who knew?
