last night i found myself standing in line at 10:30 p.m. to watch
a 12:01 a.m. showing of Star Wars III. was it worth it? yes. the
acting wasn't great but it was a new star wars and that's enough
to get a geek excited.

a bunch of geeks all amped out of their minds to watch a movie
about a galaxy far far away...when people are this excited to
watch a movie in the theater it makes the experience a bit more
than what it really is.

i love sitting in a theater where the whole audience interacts by
laughing as a whole or applauding with hoots and shouts directed at
the screen.

k and i went to bed at three this morning and made it to work at 8 a.m.

it was a good thing that i had overslept because i actually
got four hours of sleep, instead of the two and a half hours that i had
originally planned. i didn't even mind rushing around since i actually
felt somewhat refreshed.

now hopefully all this coffee that i am drinking will help keep me from
drooling at my desk with sleep stuck in the corners of my eyes.
